Member of the Agents Foundations team, whose mission is to help developers build better Agents, more efficiently.

• Took ownership of the French Natural Language libraries.

• Helped execute the development and launch of Wilma, a flagship agent with improved conversational adherence leveraging the web services of other Windows Live properties.

• Re-factored legacy libraries and developed new ones in both French and English to improve code re-usability and readability.

• Produced blog entries and internal documents advocating code quality and how to best use the platform and language.

• Provided support for internal and external Agents developers.

Architect and tech lead of the Buddyscript team, a 12-man dev team based in Delhi.

• Responsible for the code architecture, quality and performance for all Buddyscript and Natural Language projects.

• Proposed and led the projects geared towards improving the developers tools and processes, and the code refactoring/migration to the new platform.

• Worked with the project team to define the flow and processes associated with project management, and helped devise a testing plan.

• Provided training to the engineering team on code quality: basic architectural skills, reusability and maintainability of code, naming conventions, performance, etc.
