Led design of an analytics product that uses statistics to uncover systemic bias in organizations. Brought Performance analysis product from concept to launch, enabling organizations to proactively detect race and gender bias in employee performance evaluations.

Designed and shipped 8 new features within an internal tool for Capital One Card call center agents, increasing agent efficiency. Collaborated with PMs, engineers, and call center operations.

Researched, designed, prototyped, and tested experience to assist customers at car dealerships and track customer leads for Auto Navigator, a tool used by consumers to find and finance cars
