I drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence for a 300+ person Experience Design and Product Management organization. Leading our Design Operations and Design Program Management teams, I partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, and external vendors to optimize organizational effectiveness. My core focus is enabling our VP and leadership team to deliver transformational results by removing barriers, accelerating decision-making, and ensuring our teams have the systems and support needed to innovate at scale.

Established and led the Design Operations practice for the SVB Product Design team. I partnered closely with the Head of Design and their Leadership Team. I helped to build and scale our hiring and onboarding, systems and tools, team practices and rituals, budgeting and operations, design processes and partnerships.

Led a team of 12 product designers for our online banking platform SVB Go while our Director was on parental leave. Collaborated closely with product and tech leaders to improve processes, communication, collaboration and design delivery.

Led a 50 person product design team temporarily as we led a search for a new Head of Product Design.

Hired to be the Sr. Design Program Manager for Uber Eats teams responsible for maintaining and establishing critical UX design operations systems, tools, and practices for several design teams whose work impacts millions of Uber Eats users every day.
