# Victor Corral > Chief of Staff and Design Operations Leader, ex-Interim Head of Product Design, Veteran Location: San Francisco, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/victorcorral Hi, I’m Victor 👋 I’m a Design Operations leader with a knack for guiding teams through challenges and change. I’ve helped build a design org from scratch, stepped up as Interim Head of Design during a leadership shuffle, and steered a team through a bank collapse and acquisition by focusing on our people and our culture. My mission? Create human-centered organizations where designers thrive and deliver impactful experiences that drive business value. My secret sauce is a blend of design strategy, business acumen, humor and a dash of military discipline (thanks, US Navy!). I’m all about connecting the dots between design, business, and user experience, and fostering trust and collaboration along the way. Before diving into the world of business and design, I led major social impact projects, served on nonprofit boards and spent five years in the US Navy. When I’m away from my computer, I can be found outside hiking, rucking, swimming, playing tourist in my own city, or plowing through my ever expanding TV and movie watch list. ## Work Experience ### Chief of Staff and Operations Lead, Experience Design & Product Management @ Autodesk Jan 2025 – Present I drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence for a 300+ person Experience Design and Product Management organization.
