My daily task included responding to tickets and answering calls for technical support. Account creation and equipment assignment, configuring and assigning company cellphones, configuring and assigning VOIP Windstream phones. Creating and managing our school teams groups, including adding and removing parents and staff accounts. Keeping inventory of our organization equipment as well as repairing/upgrading and providing maintenance.
Other task include maintaining and configuring our file system structure, as well as running monthly audits on current accounts and permissions. Installing or moving workstations including running new wire runs and patching them to our server room. Configuring and managing our ticketing system (Footprints). Configuring and managing our print servers and printers deployment. Processing our purchases as well as consolidating them at the end of the month for our Finance department. Configuring and managing our Mobile Device Management (MDM), and many more task too many to list.
