of the half, he worked on reducing operating costs for smaller Expander tenants, and undertook a thorough investigation to identify underutilized resources that could be spun down for
smaller tenants. While we ultimately decided not to roll this out for all customer tenants, the analysis received praise from technical leadership and is the primary tactic we will employ to reduce costs
for a customer who has created many small tenants (New York State)."

project was delivered successfully when blocking bugs were found prior to the release and the project lead was on leave. His quick work and independence in driving the bug fixes to completion
