(Engineering Manager, Q1 FY25 review): "In this period Victor worked on several impactful projects focused on cost and performance savings for Expander v2. In the early part
of the half, he worked on reducing operating costs for smaller Expander tenants, and undertook a thorough investigation to identify underutilized resources that could be spun down for
smaller tenants. While we ultimately decided not to roll this out for all customer tenants, the analysis received praise from technical leadership and is the primary tactic we will employ to reduce costs
for a customer who has created many small tenants (New York State)."

"As well, Victor was a pivotal member of the performance improvement project in Q4. He not only implemented key portions of a new enhanced materialized view for Alerts, but ensured that the
project was delivered successfully when blocking bugs were found prior to the release and the project lead was on leave. His quick work and independence in driving the bug fixes to completion
enabled us to ship on time to our biggest customer. Both these projects required a high level of technical independence and follow-through, and are key traits of engineers at senior levels. For this reason we believe Victor is exceeding expectations for his role."
