For over a year, I was responsible for designing the onboarding experience for new clients and new digital payment features for one of Santander's most popular apps.
After that, I worked with the Big Data team to disseminate a data-driven culture, creating a platform to make it easier for employees to ingest and interpret data to develop their strategies.
In both projects, my roles included discovery processes, validating hypotheses through concise research, benchmarks, and user interviews; mapping out user flows and information architecture, creating and prototyped user interface concepts for businesses, and, finally, working on restructuring the pre-conceived Way UI Kit guidelines to establish a foundation between the old and new interfaces.
