Designed and supported net-new experiments for Yahoo Mail to inform future development

of the email experience, including: ‘Revisit’ a smartly curated home dashboard of actionable

email, ‘GameCal’ onboarding for curating events/tasks for Calendar, ‘Feedback’ form

delightful emojis, Privacy consent flows across Yahoo surfaces for EECC & GDPR, and ad

template optimizations for premium/native ad placements to significantly boost impressions.

Led the end-to-end design of nine core features across SPAN’s Homeowner and Installer mobile experiences, from SPAN Drive (an EV charger) to the PowerUp 1.0 initiative (a novel smart energy monitoring system).

Owned the core experience design of commissioning a SPAN Panel by creating a consistent design language, modular structures within hardware (Tesla, Enphase, and Remote Meter), error handling patterns for real-time validation, and innovating the core commissioning flow to reduce time and support burden.

Spearheaded the adoption of cross-functional design ops across the org (Product, Hardware, Firmware, Software, Marketing, and Support), introducing Figma best practices and education, copy/content strategy, design systems, handoff/design QA and inclusive reviews throughout project stages.

Designed the newest feature of à la carte filter purchasing and account/subscription management for the mobile app. Collaborated closely with firmware to optimize/benchmark Air Pro bootloader capabilities for animation, migrated/expanded design system in Figma, and contributed to design exploration for connectivity and scheduler team projects.
