At Dropbox, I've been crafting experiences for Core Product, our cloud storage for businesses and teams. As Product Design Area Lead, I led design for Team Space, redesigned admin console, and supported large-scale data migrations. I helped shape strategy across squads and mentored designers in my area to elevate the quality of their craft.

### Senior Product Designer @ Instacart

When I joined Instacart in 2018 I couldn't have imagined that it would go through unbelievable hyper-growth during the pandemic, and become an essential service. I designed core experiences of Instacart's Shopper app including Checkout, Help Center, Go Online, Leave at the door, Missing Customer and others. The Help Center redesign I led resulted in millions of dollars of savings in support costs, and enabled data gathering that has been actively used by all teams since 2019.

FR8Star was a two-sided marketplace that connected businesses
that needed to move oversize loads with carriers who had skills for the job. I designed core features like load board, request for quote, shipment calculators, and others. The redesign of request for quote flow delivered a 200% increase in bids - one of FR8Star's key KPIs.
