* Leading the automation agenda, design, implementation and execution for improved quality deliverables with shorter turn around.

* Knowledge of complete stack of Komprise and hence involved in new features developed to provide feedback from QA team.

* Owning and driving the process of Life Cycle Management for production release branches to customer.

* Assist with customer production operations like automating the deployment of customer environments in AWS.

* Attend customer calls to identify issues being faced or enhancements in product from feedback and come up with solutions for the same on the spot or share my ideas to Developers and Architect.

* Part of the team that has built the monitoring and alerting system of our customer production environments including POC using sumologic and newrelic.

• Receiver for Chrome Beta was a customer driven project where we tested and delivered in one month and on favourable comments uploaded to Chrome Web Store in September 2014.

• Citrix Receiver for Chrome & HTML5 with enhanced features and higher quality delivered to customers every quarter for the last 6 quarters.

• Managing the Automation team (3 members including me) for Citrix Receiver for HTML5. Developed a Build Verification Test (BVT) in a month, which was used as a benchmark of quality to test of every RTT release.

• Regression Suite Automation for Citrix Receiver for HTML5 with an automation coverage of 24% and running 3000 tests in total across Chrome, Firefox and IE browser.

Responsible for testing a new Citrix deliverable which was an integration between our Citrix XenDesktop and Microsoft's Application Virtualisation (App-V).

Built a good technical understanding on MS App-V to become the GoTo guy within the division on App-V related queries.

Also built a automated Sanity and Regression Testing Suites using Jenkins and achieved an automation test coverage of 57%.
