Working in the Enterprise Security Platforms (ESP) organization. ESP’s mission is to build and run the infrastructure that keeps Google safe against internal and external security attacks. Within ESP I worked as a software engineer on the Detection and Response Platform (DRP). DRP provides end2end solutions for Security Investigations and is responsible for building petabyte-scale threat detection systems to identify malicious activity.

I worked on the team that delivers an Enrichment service to supplement normalized log data with non-log forms of data to aid Security Investigations.

TIPPERS is a privacy-aware system developed at the UCI Bren School that manages IoT smart spaces by collecting sensor data, inferring semantically meaningful information from it, and offering such inferences to developers to create smart applications.

Developed a web app to track real-time occupancy of buildings and rooms at UCI, developed endpoints for Java Restful API that implemented the concept of groups containing admin and regular members, and converted TIPPERS API to support Docker Containers.

Used React-Native to create scalable and reusable components for animated icons and backgrounds for the Amazon Kids mobile app. Developed native reusable sound managers on Android and iOS using Kotlin and Swift, created a React-bridge to call sound managers from React-App to play sound effects.

Created a policy engine for the TIPPERS system, for users to setup preferences of how their data is managed using access, retention, and deletion policies. Developed Java API endpoints for Policies, integrated with the TIPPERS authentication server, defined MySQL queries to efficiently access user data
