• Onboard Informatica cloud products to Informatica Cloud Hosting Services.

• Write Chef cookbooks for continuous delivery of software stack across multiple business units.

• Developing the orchestration strategy and automation framework for the product delivery process

• Operate and administer the Informatica Cloud Services (ICS) and infrastructure using Ansible and Chef.

• Implement monitoring using nagios and zabbix.

• Write custom plugins for monitoring proprietary applications using shell and AWS utilities.

• Deploy and configure Sumologic and logstash log management tools.

• Work closely with infosec team to make sure ICHS platform is secure and compliant.

• Deploy and administer the Informatica Cloud Services (ICS) components deployed on Amazon AWS.

• Actively involved in product upgrade activities.

• Support the agile software development process among cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery.

• Troubleshooting of various pre and post implementation issue.

• Provision single/multi-tenant tiered cloud applications on F5 load balancers

• Customization of web environment using F5’s logging & features to get maximum transaction details for analysis.

• Actively involved in product upgrade activities.

• Collaborate with engineering team as required for resolution of Problems and Incidents.
