I am part of network content security team and work for platform software team. My job responsibility includes working on new firewall platforms, support in sustenance of existing platforms and also working on customer found defects.

I worked for the PPM (Pluggable Port Module) team. My responsibility was to provide embedded support for new pluggable being introduced on new and existing ONS platforms, maintenance of existing pluggable and any customer cases related to it.

I worked for Optical Transport Business Unit(OTBU), which develops networking devices for long haul and metro networks. I was part of the NMS team. As part of this team I added TL1 support for IPPM(Inter Path Performance Management), FRR(Fast Route Regeneration) feature and new payloads (IB, FEoE and HDTV) on ONS15454 platform.

Then I made a shift to the embedded team. Here I owned the offline manufacturing diagnostics development for new CPT600 platform. This includes 3 boards (Uplink, Tributary and Pizza Box). The diagnostics support was for all the components on the board
