As a User Experience Engineer, my responsibilities included making existing applications more user friendly and efficient. Researching on target users, creating personas,detailed task flows and accessibility is something which is of high priority. Wire frame presentation to product owners, usability testing at relevant stages of development cycle helped to make the app better than what it was.
Reponsibilities:
• Conduct User Centered Analysis
• Identify User groups, create User stories based on PRD, analyze and create user personas
• Analyze user interaction with help of Task flows, Customer journey maps and provide relevant recommendations.
• Develop IA (Information architecture) for the products and validate them with industry standard methods like card sorting.
• Conduct Usability tests (including remote usability tests) with respect to the interface and interaction and recommend enhancements
• Assist development team in QA and suggest changes.
