As a Designer at MYM (FT120), I played a pivotal role in migrating our platform to a new stack.

I led multiple workshops focused on cross-functional user interactions, which informed our User Research process.

I also designed a native Android, iOS and Web app from scratch, incorporating a user-centric vision that contributed to a 20-40% increase in monthly sales.

Principal Designer:

Development of processes to increase the productivity and collaboration of product and design teams (Figma plugin/architecture/template, Wireframing kit, etc.)

Tools governance (organization and nomenclature rules, permissions and seat management)

Stakeholders engagement

Recruiting new people in the product and tech teams and onboarding them to introduce the design team
