As a Designer at MYM (FT120), I played a pivotal role in migrating our platform to a new stack.
I led multiple workshops focused on cross-functional user interactions, which informed our User Research process.
I also designed a native Android, iOS and Web app from scratch, incorporating a user-centric vision that contributed to a 20-40% increase in monthly sales.


Principal Designer:
- Development of processes to increase the productivity and collaboration of product and design teams (Figma plugin/architecture/template, Wireframing kit, etc.)
- Tools governance (organization and nomenclature rules, permissions and seat management)
- Stakeholders engagement
- Recruiting new people in the product and tech teams and onboarding them to introduce the design team
- Workshops and training on Figma, UI, design system and interaction

- Collaboration with the data team to initiate data boards on specific feature in order to determine KPIs
