Sourceress builds human-assisted AI platforms for candidate sourcing and engagement. We helps companies make great hires and allow seamless integration with customer.

• Developed web services to support multiple use cases around candidate profiling, engagement, and various types of users (Sourceress’s raters, writers, recruiters and hiring managers)
• Automated email sending to candidates at different stages in the hiring pipeline
• Built out external integrations with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
• We followed a fast iterative practice and built with AWS, Terraform, CircleCI, Python/Django, Typescript, React.

### Software Engineer @ Google - Gmail

Worked with high-volume distributed systems that process billions of emails everyday. I enjoyed building many Gmail anti spam features, creating new performance measurement and optimization solutions, and organizing team documentation in a wiki.

• Built end-to-end spam fighting and user protection features for Gmail and Gmail on Android.
• Trained, evaluated and deployed ML models. Built model experimentation and productionization pipelines. 
• Analyzed and improved email feature vector for the purpose of spam and phishing detection.
• Worked cross-functionally on Gmail Android to design and build safety features such as usage stats collection, smart suggestive actions — these features reach 1M+ usage count daily.
• Worked with C++, Python, BigTable, and a suite of internal tools for data collection / processing / visualization.

### SDE Intern @ Amazon - AWS Dev Tools

Worked on the service that runs tests for the continuous integration pipeline at Amazon, within the developer tool organization at AWS. 

• Gathered runtime information of all pipeline test runs and analyze their performance based on passing ratio, number of timeouts, memory usage.
• Leveraged data from prior test runs to suggest personalized runtime limits for client development teams. This greatly reduced the CPU resource usage for their test & build phases.
• Worked with Java, Ruby, AWS build & deploy pipelines.
