I am an endurance athlete who gets hedonic value out of large, challenging projects. My career has spanned from helping immunologists discover new medicine by building high-throughput fault-tolerant data processing tools that handle detailed internal snapshots of six figures of human cells each day, to building libraries that make it easy for analysts at banks across the northern hemisphere to detect fraud and fight crime.
