Integrate these solutions with Parkland, PlugShare and ChargeHub EMSPs to enable remote start/stop charging sessions, retrieve charging session details, generate CDR records, and update connector status. Led the payment feature for one of the major clients with Castle terminal.  Designed and implemented telemetry metrics gathering pipeline using Apache Kafka, AWS S3, and Splunk, enabling the creation of various reports for monitoring device functionalities.  Designed and implemented application log monitoring using Fluent Bit, Grafana Loki, and Grafana.
