	Design, architect, implement, and test CPMS/CPO system using OCPP 1.6 and OCPI 2.1 protocols to manage EV chargers. Integrate these solutions with Parkland, PlugShare and ChargeHub EMSPs to enable remote start/stop charging sessions, retrieve charging session details, generate CDR records, and update connector status. Led the payment feature for one of the major clients with Castle terminal.
	Designed and implemented telemetry metrics gathering pipeline using Apache Kafka, AWS S3, and Splunk, enabling the creation of various reports for monitoring device functionalities.
	Designed and implemented application log monitoring using Fluent Bit, Grafana Loki, and Grafana. Additionally, lead the creation of alerts for critical application errors to enable proactive issue detection.
	Lead the DevOps team in establishing CI/CD pipelines for applications and deploying them to AWS EKS cluster using Terraform and Helm Charts.
	Developed RFID-based authorization for initiating charging sessions on devices for EV Fleet.
	Developed a communication service to transmit Energy Management Demand Response (DR) events from utilities to chargers, executing actions on the devices. Also worked on executing the DR events by scheduling them on the device. These DR events included price changes based on demand and instructions to start or stop battery charging.

	Worked on pulling the device telemetry data from AWS S3 to Snowflake and used Apache AirFlow to enrich the data to be used by Mobilize AI team for Machine Learning.
