• Orchestrated and led a dynamic, high-performing team consisting of three Front-End Engineers to conceptualize and develop a responsive web application for AT&T Business.
• Conceptualized, designed, and executed the development of a cutting-edge portal, empowering the business team to efficiently manage and update Devices, Plans, Ad Banners, Content, and Device Bundles in real-time. This innovation eliminated the need for new releases, enhancing agility in response to market demands.
•  Spearheaded the optimization of application performance by implementing best practices in clean code architecture. This included strategic implementation of caching, lazy loading of products, and module preloading, resulting in a highly responsive and seamless user experience.
•  Successfully implemented a feature facilitating the order tracking process through QR code scanning, significantly reducing user clicks and enhancing overall user engagement.
•  Surpassed client expectations by delivering the application within an exceptionally short timeframe. The project achieved remarkable success, with over 15,000 orders processed within the first 7 months of the application's public launch.
