Tested features with Jest and Enzyme. Designed efficient MongoDB data models and implemented Node.js APIs to integrate with AirWorks' machine learning infrastructure. Managed and improved the CI/CD process using Bitbucket, streamlining deployments and ensuring reliable builds Led scrum processes by translating product requirements into actionable development tasks, facilitating sprint planning, and managing release cycles Contributed to team growth by participating in hiring for the on-site development team and assisting in setting up and training an offshore QA team Key Technical Contributions: Developed an online CAD editor with a subset of AutoCAD functionality - Built a custom map component using Mapbox GL JS to visualize and edit DXF CAD vector data, with tools for drawing and modifying geographic features such as polylines and circles - Designed a PostGIS database to store spatial data and implemented APIs for CRUD operations Led the design and implementation of the AirWorks order checkout form - Developed a system for customers to select custom delivery methods and add-ons, with real-time price updates - Integrated Stripe for payment processing, resulting in ~$100K in cash flow Built a real-time project status tracking system for customer orders - Integrated JIRA webhooks to automate status updates - Developed custom APIs for email notifications using AWS SES Developed a file management module with AWS S3 integration - Implemented support for various file formats, including TIF files - Created tile server loading status monitoring via S3 bucket inspection, ensuring seamless UI updates - Integrated error handling for common issues like CRS errors, providing users with meaningful feedback ### Associate Software Engineer @ Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Jan 2016 – Jan 2017 | Bengaluru , India Automated UDS service testing for Electro Hydraulic Hitch Control using CAPL scripts Conducted comprehensive ECU testing using CANoe and CANalyzer tools for CAN interface ### Undergraduate Researcher @ Paderborn University Jan 2016 – Jan 2016 | Paderborn Area, Germany Worked under Prof. Dr. Falko Dressler at CCS-Labs, Paderborn, Germany. Bachelor's thesis on "Performance of Equal Gain Combining in the presence of AWGN". The thesis was done as a part of the Dynamic Adaptable Applications for Bats Tracking by Embedded Communicating Systems (BATS) project. This project aims to develop a Wireless Sensor Network that would help biologists study the foraging behaviour of bats. In order to improve the reliability of the communication system, I performed Equal Gain Combining on the system (implemented in GNU Radio) and could verify that diversity combining at signal level gave a higher output SNR than when combined at baseband level. Signal level combining had slightly higher system complexity than baseband level combining but, because of the better results, it would be incorporated in further implementations of the BATS project. ## Education ### Master's degree in Computer Science Santa Clara University ### Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham ## Contact & Social - LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/vinutnatummala --- Source: https://flows.cv/vinutna JSON Resume: https://flows.cv/vinutna/resume.json Last updated: 2026-03-22
