I owned key areas like OLX Ad Packages, Seller Take Rate, Payment Gateway, and value-added services—building features with a long-term vision to enhance user empowerment, platform trust, and sustainable monetization as part of Pay & Ship unit. ### Senior Product Designer @ N26 Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 | Berlin, Germany Joined as an individual contributor focused on helping users stay on top of their finances through the Home feed on mobile and web. My key project—Multi-Activity Feed—became a core surface for product discovery, connecting users to features like Spaces, Crypto, Overdraft, Instalments, Money-in, Payments, and Statistics. ### Lead Product Designer @ GoTo Group Jan 2018 – Jan 2021 | Jakarta, Indonesia Over three incredible years, I led design across on-demand (GoMart, GoFresh) and entertainment (GoPlay) verticals, managing a cross-functional team of 6—including product designers, researchers, writers, and visual designers—while also supporting for hiring and onboarding. On the grocery side, I worked on GoMart (B2C grocery for users), GoFresh (B2B grocery for merchants), and backend touchpoints like the Shopper and Driver apps. On the entertainment front, I led design for GoPlay—Indonesia’s leading OTT platform—across iOS, Android, and Smart TVs, integrating SVOD, AVOD, TVOD models, and unique content bundles via GoClub. ### Product Designer @ Hike Jan 2017 – Jan 2018 | New Delhi Area, India Redesigned Hike’s AR camera and content consumption experiences (stories & timeline), and filed my first IP around a media recommendation engine. I also took multiple new features from 0→1—including Hikemoji (personalized avatars), LiveDraw (real-time video call doodling with face detection), Hike Discover (3rd-party content), and the Hike 5.0 website. ### UX Engineer II @ InstaLively(Acquired by Hike Messenger) Jan 2016 – Jan 2017 | New Delhi Area, India Following a pivot at InstaLively, we built Pulse—a hyperlocal social networking app for college students. I designed and developed a mobile-first, cross-browser responsive web app using AngularJS and Firebase for real-time sync. I also led a team of three front-end developers and acted as the bridge between tech, users, and stakeholders to define needs and shape the experience. Pulse gained strong traction and was eventually acquired by Hike Messenger. ### UX Engineer @ InstaLively(Acquired by Hike Messenger) Jan 2014 – Jan 2016 | New Delhi Area, India I was the very first hire at InstaLively, a livestreaming tech startup, where I helped shape the design and front-end function from the ground up. In a lean setup, I juggled research, interaction and visual design, prototyping, front-end development, and played a key role in taking the platform to over 50K+ users. ### UX Engineer(Founding member) @ GrownOut(Acquired by PeopleStrong) Jan 2013 – Jan 2014 | Gurugram, Haryana, India Drove design and front-end development (MEAN stack), where I expanded and applied my skills while building an automated referral hiring product.
