•Built infrastructure to schedule, crawl, ingest, process and store comp. intelligence data.
•Took legacy scheduling systems reliant on monolithic SQL stored procedures and
architected a modern, modular, micro service based scheduling system built on top of
FastAPI pods orchestrated using Kubernetes and interfacing with Kafka streams.
•Designed an API + streaming based service that supports ingestion of 100’s of millions
of records per day, which became used by multiple other teams. This was built for a
singular use case but became adopted by multiple teams due to its usefulness.
•Led multiple projects from inception, to design, scoping and implementation and
delivered the projects complete with unit, integration tests, monitoring, alerting + docs.
•Trained and led an offshore team to be brought up to speed and own part of the tech stack
•Participated in and led the winning teams in two separate company hackathons
