My work has focused around ensuring publishers on our platform are able to effectively and efficiently run their ads monetization business.

• This involved educating them in order to avoid onboarding pitfalls

• Helping publishers leverage their own data to improve their targeting and improve the navigation experience to streamline their workflows.

• Managing our design system, including making system improvements such as redesigning the navigation and making the product fully responsive.

• Lately I’ve been working on finding ways to improve our AI chatbot to expand to additional use cases and workflows

• Worked with a team to completely redesign the Yelp for Business Owner product, which included interviewing users, running workshops to understand business needs and developing interactive prototypes for user testing

• Worked on designing the Homepage for mobile and desktop for our Alpha launch, which included working heavily with the eng teams for hand-off as well as PM and data science to define guardrail and primary metrics

• Created an offshoot of the Yelp design system to focus on specific Business needs. Worked on creating documentation for the Biz team, which was later adopted as the template for the future Yelp design system documentation site

• Worked with fellow product leads to migrate the design team from Abstract to Figma. In addition, was responsible for all library components in both migration and creation for the Biz team.

Creating intuitive and efficient interfaces for business owners to manage their Yelp presence, including their business page, reviews, photos, and other content. Designing new features and tools that help businesses attract customers, manage their reputation, and track their performance on Yelp. Understanding the needs and pain points of business owners through various research methods like user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive and impactful product experience.

• Consulted at Apple to redesign an internal product that manages their third party resellers and approved service providers.

• Consulted at Google in two separate occasions:

• Worked with Greentea team to redesign their mobile application from Material One to Google material

• Work with a team in redesigning the new Listnr by improving the interface, the flows and providing a clear on-boarding experience

• Worked on Cases to create a cohesive visual design in the product but also help with the leveraging this work to advocate uniformity between different products in the Customer Engagement team.

• Consulted for Cisco as a Senior Visual Designer responsible for:

• Designing and speccing WebEx.com responsive pages in bootstrap compliant layouts for transition into Adobe Extension Manager (AEM)

• Using Rally, QA’d coded AEM pages and worked with dev to address bugs

• Reimagined UX for pricing page of WebEx.com

• Crafting UX for WebEx on-boarding process by designing Request a Demo flow

• Redesigned “Test A Meeting” flow experience

• Assisted and designed Demand Generation projects ranging from explainer videos, PDF

case studies, flash banners, etc.
