# Virgilio Leynes > Senior Product Designer @ Intuit | ex-Google | Enterprise & B2B Platforms | Design Systems & AI-Enabled Workflows Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/virgilio I lead product and design initiatives focused on enabling publishers and business owners to run scalable, data-driven monetization operations. My work centers on translating complex business needs into intuitive, efficient workflows—reducing onboarding friction, helping teams leverage their own data for smarter targeting, and simplifying navigation so operations run faster with greater confidence. I partner closely with product, engineering, and data science to ensure design decisions are grounded in measurable business outcomes, not just usability. At the platform level, I’ve owned and evolved design systems to support scale, including major navigation redesigns, full responsive transformations, and system-level improvements that increased consistency across products and teams. More recently, I’ve focused on expanding AI-powered capabilities—particularly chatbot workflows—to unlock new use cases, streamline operational tasks, and extend value across the customer lifecycle. Across roles, my goal has been consistent: enable better decisions, faster, through strong systems, thoughtful design foundations, and disciplined use of data and AI. ## Work Experience ### Senior Product Designer @ Intuit Jan 2026 – Present | San Francisco Bay Area Quickbooks Capital ### Senior User Experience Designer @ Google Jan 2020 – Present My work has focused around ensuring publishers on our platform are able to effectively and efficiently run their ads monetization business. - This involved educating them in order to avoid onboarding pitfalls - Helping publishers leverage their own data to improve their targeting and improve the navigation experience to streamline their workflows. - Managing our design system, including making system improvements such as redesigning the navigation and making the product fully responsive. - Lately I’ve been working on finding ways to improve our AI chatbot to expand to additional use cases and workflows ### Product Designer @ Yelp Jan 2018 – Jan 2020 | San Francisco, California • Worked with a team to completely redesign the Yelp for Business Owner product, which included interviewing users, running workshops to understand business needs and developing interactive prototypes for user testing • Worked on designing the Homepage for mobile and desktop for our Alpha launch, which included working heavily with the eng teams for hand-off as well as PM and data science to define guardrail and primary metrics • Created an offshoot of the Yelp design system to focus on specific Business needs.
