• Designed "SIGNAL 2019" customer conference keynotes (4K+ attendees) with keynotes consistently listed as attendees’ favorite experience. Built template design, background animations, video ads, presentation narratives (an 8-bit RPG featuring Macklemore), and slide/graphic design for the large-scale event.
• Created 8 headquarters murals and global design system using Illustrator
• Updated Brand Creative team’s workflow process in Dropbox, and led a team to recreate folder and naming system, built documentation in InDesign
• Helped design an online brand center in Bynder (Digital Asset Management tool with over 14,000 assets) and created onboarding documentation, After Effects videos, InDesign articles and educational system in Bynder
• Contributed to Twilio illustration identity for web, brand, and marketing using Illustration, Sketch, and Figma
