Led the development and implementation of a comprehensive Design System, a pivotal initiative that standardized and ensured consistency in user experience across the suite of Walmart Luminate products.

My role involved strategic oversight of the design system and hands-on collaboration with fellow designers. Together, we aligned design efforts across various product areas, ensuring that each product not only met high usability and aesthetic standards but also seamlessly integrated within the broader ecosystem.

Led the enhancement of Walmart's enterprise platform for suppliers and factory owners, streamlining critical interactions between suppliers, Walmart sourcing, and merchants. This role significantly improved operational efficiency and strengthened supply chain relationships.

Additionally, I contributed to the Enterprise Design System, developing a unified design language to elevate user experience and foster innovation across Walmart Sourcing's enterprise products.

Played a key role in transforming a startup from an engineering-focused model to a product-centric organization. As the leader in this change, I enhanced the Ionate platform's user experience by incorporating innovative features, significantly elevating the platform and revolutionizing our approach to customer engagement.

My efforts extended beyond product design to reshape the company's brand and product voice, as well as marketing strategies. I also spearheaded the development of partnership opportunities and crafted a dynamic content strategy, collectively amplifying customer interactions and extending the product's market appeal.
