Built a highly performant React-Native powered Video player from scratch that would be used as a foundation for all video based experiences in the app going forward.

Delivered first react-native powered video-feed experience in < 6 months of starting migration process.

Implemented app-wide reusable observability and analytics tracking to ensure high performance for technical as well as business metrics.

Conducted several experiments(MP4 vs. HLS, position based optimizations, lazy-loading etc.) to improve video load times to land at p75 autoplay start of 330 ms on Android and 181 ms on iOS.

Helped deliver AA A11Y compliance for all premises owned by our team.

Participated in load-tests to ensure that our backend services were capable of handling heavy loads during critical business events like CyberWeek.

Leveraging and improving Zalando’s internal server driven UI framework(powered by Litho(https://github.com/facebook/litho)) to deliver experiences that can be updated on the fly.

Added observability to measure performance of video playback.

Helped reduce p95 video autoplay start time from ~1 second to ~800 milliseconds.

Worked extensively on test automation to improve test coverage using integration tests for third-party tools as well as e2e tests for our own screens.

Was responsible for maintaining the core transaction experience piece which took care of the reception and fulfillment of orders by Porter's driver partners.

Built audio-visual training setup to ease user onboarding and introduction of new features.
