+ Designing the next generation of collaboration software for Webex (formerly Webex Teams, Cisco Spark) on both desktop and mobile (MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android. Phone, tablet, and wearable interfaces).

+ Define best practices, guidelines, and processes for the design org, helping everyone work more efficiently and consistently. Review interaction and visual designs from junior designers to maintain a high quality bar.

+ Contribute and collaborate closely with the Design System team, acting as a bridge between different design teams. Partner with the mobile engineering teams to build corresponding component libraries.

+ Mentor new team members and interns, assist with their onboarding experience and plan their first projects. Review resumes and portfolios of potential interview candidates.

+ Design consistent in-product experience for Webex Teams across all platforms (MacOS, Windows, Web, iOS, Android)

+ Contribute to cross product platform consistency through implementation of design systems

+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and other design teams, both locally and internationally

+ Previously worked on Webex Meetings mobile clients, covering both Android and iOS platforms for phone, tablet, and wearables (Mar 2015–Jun 2016)
