Currently designing AI-powered workflows as the UX Lead for Workday's Payroll Agent.
I was chosen to be the company representative of our Research, Analytics, and Design organization at the 2025 Grace Hopper Celebration, sharing back several strategies around how we can build more inclusive AI experiences at Workday.
I also was a Spring 2023 mentor for Diversify by Design through Workday's partnership with SFSU.

As part of Workday's new Engage Initiative, I led the desktop designs for connecting the Benefits & Pay experience.

In 2021, I helped redesign Workday Expenses for mobile and desktop. Focusing on the casual user experience, our main goals were to leverage intelligent automation to reduce the time spent manually assembling expenses during their already busy day.
My role on Expenses included:
Conducting early competitive research to help define our project goals and strategy
Planning a workshop to identify business-critical moments of the expenses experience
Presenting designs to key stakeholders, such as the Chief Design Officer and VP of Design
Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand product requirements while simplifying the end-to-end experience on mobile and desktop
In 2018, I was the design lead for Journal Insights, an ML-powered anomaly detection tool that aims to reduce the numbers of days to close out the books.
My role on Journal Insights included:
Participating in discovery research, such as interviewing accountants and planning customer visits
Planning and facilitating a problem statement workshop with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders
Creating storyboards to illustrate the future of machine learning in period end close
Working with product management, engineering, and A11Y to iterate on the end-to-end prototype for our anomaly detection tool
Presenting our design work regularly to the VP of Financials and EVP of Product & Technology
On the side, I partnered with our onboarding team to lead design-thinking workshops for 200+ new hires, including incoming product managers, engineers, and sales consultants.
From 2017 through 2018, I was a designer on Workforce Planning before our eventual acquisition of Adaptive Insights.
My role on on Workforce Planning included:
Organizing a 2-day customer summit with 18 participants from companies such as Vanguard, Airbus, Netflix, and Zynga - where our team ran participatory design activities including affinity diagramming, POV statements, and Crazy 8's
Working with a senior designer and researcher to create several journey maps highlighting every step of the workforce planning experience - from starting point to execution
Prototyping several flows for scenario-based org modeling using Sketch and InVision
During this time, I also worked on several features in the Professional Services Automation space, such as an interactive calendar for viewing worker availability. On the side, I represented our UX team at recruitment events in campuses such as UC Berkeley and UCLA.
