Relocated to Portland, OR to help establish a collaborative design-centric office.

Led the UX design for multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with clients, developers, project managers and other designers.

Projects included B2B & B2C apps, e-commerce websites, and intracompany tools in a variety of industries, ranging from consumer goods, commodity trading, recycling, and healthcare.

Contributed to design strategy and effort estimation during the sales process.

Began as a junior team member, assisting in all stages of the design process for a variety of projects, ranging from apps to websites. By 2018, I was the lead UX designer on various client-facing projects. I was involved in user research, wireframing, testing, prototyping and development.

Ideated and implemented various design team processes and company initiatives, including a project database, a UX catalog to improve cross-team communication, and joining a local composting program.

Conducted in-depth marketing and user research for thought leadership papers on emerging technologies, such as IoT and AI.

Led design team’s transition from Omnigraffle to Sketch, providing training sessions and documentation.

Toy design intern for one of the largest toy distributers in Venezuela.

Led product design for a stacking musical toy from concept to manufacturing. Worked closely with the product development and manufacturing teams to iterate based on manufacturing constraints.
