Tasks included creation of project materials for neighborhood outreach meetings as well as coordination with consultants and city planning staff to ensure project deadlines were met. •Worked on a planned unit development of Rohnert Crossings, a 350 unit mixed-use urban village in Rohnert Park. Responsibilities on project included creation of project materials for preliminary application to the City of Rohnert Park. •Completed conceptual phasing plans for Richmond Campus Bay, a 905 unit mixed-use proposal in the City of Richmond. Tasks included creation of project materials as well as coordination with consultants and city planning staff. ### Public Parklet Designer @ Divisadero/Fulton Parklet Jan 2011 – Jan 2011 Public Parklet - Design/Build; Led an initial concept for a parklet at Divisadero and Fulton through multiple iterations to its final design and construction. In addition, helped manage construction budget and brought it through permitting process. ### Design Residency @ Headlands Center for the Arts Jan 2011 – Jan 2011 | Marin Headlands Center Headlands Center for the Arts - Summer Design Residency Invited to participate in a design residency led by the Dutch artist collective Observatorium.
