• Codec Avatar Calling Platform for VR/AR Devices

• Augmented Calling for Orion AR Glasses

• Security and Privacy of Codec Avatars, including secure delivery and trusted execution

Videos Infra (2017-2021)

I've been working on VOD uploads, Live and Live With features in the Facebook family of apps such as Facebook, Instagram, Facebook Lite etc.

During this period my work was focused around delivering videos from user devices to the Facebook infra preserving pristine quality and at low latency.

Led and participated in such efforts as:

• Background video upload on iOS

• Migration of Facebook Live from RTMP (TCP) to VideoProtocol (QUIC)

• Multiple Live video ABR, Video and Audio compression optimizations

• On-device video quality estimation

Lead iOS developer on one of company projects. Project is not released yet. It involves heavy use of network and multi-device data synchronization.

Role description:

• Application and protocols architecture

• Coordinating contract iOS developers

Main scope - internal mobile applications for company ERP and trading systems that used by salesmen.

Also created messenger app for company needs. Python backend and iOS mobile client.
