In addition to the company’s products, the role entailed working on agency-like projects, for example, the design and implementation of multiple promotional materials for car brands which implied custom websites and email campaigns. UX/UI highlights: - Based on user feedback and analytics results gathered beforehand, I created a new version of the admin and customer panel. This involved different user flows variations aimed at maximising user retention for contract creation, creating data-heavy interfaces catered for both casual and power users - Since in “SAM” a user could hold multiple roles in multiple organisations, together with the CTO, we managed to architect, design, implement and test a flexible and scalable roles and permissions system Front-end highlights: - Becoming proficient using Typescript in React projects Company description - One of Omnicar’s activities was “SAM”, an ecosystem where workshop owners or car dealerships could sell service agreements or insurance to car owners. ### UX Designer & Web Developer @ Siteattention A/S Jan 2017 – Jan 2017 Role responsibilities - Updating the CMS plugin to ensure compatibility with the latest version of all supported CMSes, the company’s presentation website and the admin panel for the CMS plugin. Over time, it became clear that doing UX/UI tasks was more valuable to the company/product, and so my position evolved into a hybrid role, doing both frontend and UX/UI work. UX/UI main tasks: - Contribute and maintain the design language of the platform - Create user journeys for equipment and court booking.
