I’ve always believed that the best software is built by staying curious and adapting as the landscape shifts. My journey began with the LAMP stack and evolved through the era of single-page applications, architecting complex React and Vue systems for high-scale platforms.

I am driven by the intersection of engineering and real-world utility. At Tebra, I improved how doctors and patients interact with healthcare technology. Currently, at Amazon, I focus on the high-scale complexity of logistics. I’ve learned that an Engineer’s responsibility is as much about mentoring and architectural clarity as it is about writing code.

I particularly enjoy the "detective work" of software - uncovering complex, systemic issues in large environments. I’ve proven this at Amazon and in previous roles by resolving tough bugs that span the entire tech stack, from the UI down through servers, queues, and databases. Finding and fixing these root-level architectural flaws is one of the most satisfying parts of my work.

I also focus on evolving how I build. I’ve integrated AI tools into my process over the last few years, and using AI agents is now an essential part of my daily workflow. Whether it’s for debugging, refactoring, or accelerating discovery, I view these tools as core to being a high-velocity engineer.

Outside of work, I stay balanced through traveling, hiking, spending time with my family. I’m a firm believer in remote/hybrid culture and sustainable models like the four-day week, as I’ve seen firsthand that a balanced life leads to more focused and high-quality engineering.
