Tasked with developing dampers for fluidampr/Vibratech from conception through practical testing, process validation, and full product release.

Similarly tasked with machine development for sister company Buffalo Turbine, along with improving documentation to increase and safeguard production, ensuring machines are produced correctly and as consistently as possible.

Observed a new machine assembly, and translated the process into a user-friendly Microsoft Word document. Packed with detailed steps, visuals, and practical tips, the document optimizes the assembly process.

I took on increasingly challenging tasks, from part fixtures and drawings to part revisions, eventually progressing to full design projects. Notably, reverse engineering an OEM engine damper for the Fluidampr line. Collaborating with the inspection department and utilizing tools like the Keyence, I crafted an envelope model, preserving critical dimensions like crank bore size, mounting features, and belt ribs OD, etc. This model underwent a transformation into a Fluidampr-style damper, subjected to FEA and equations covering fluid viscosity/shear and thermal expansion to ensure its effectiveness at a prototype level. Through the ECN process, part number registration, and integration into other departments were crucial steps before the final release.

Capable of loading, unloading, and managing many types of CNC mills i.e., 3 axis, 5 axis and lathes.
