In my latest role, I was a technical lead and full stack developer working on a ReactJS frontend and Nest.js backend as well as on a React Native/Expo mobile app. I planned my team's quarterly goals and planned out the sprints to keep the team on track. I helped and mentored team members. I also came up with my own initiatives to improve our products. I was heavily involved with product to gather requirements and iterated on solutions with the UX team. I was in charge of our team's website which was used by both internal and external users around the world. I communicated with customers directly and went on site to talk to users.

In my other roles, I was a software developer for Walmart's logistics systems where I was a full stack developer on an agile team. I worked in Java, SQL, C#, Silverlight, AngularJS 1. I was a leader in our area for Test Driven Development and best practices. I also served as a mentor for numerous new hires. I performed research on the latest tech stacks and then presented them to my team for discussion on adopting the new stacks. I was involved in the entire process of the project, from the initial idea through design to deployment and support.

I am always willing to learn new technologies and have taken online courses on my time such as classes on MongoDB and Android Development.

In college, I was actively involved in Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and started up a mentoring program.
