One of the primary developers for the next-generation Conversation Platform as the successor to the ChatBot project. The Conversation Platform leverages Google DialogFlow as the natural language processing backend. DialogFlow supports calls to external webhooks for driving domain specific functionality such as Incident creation or endpoint scanning. For the Conversation Platform, the REST-based microservices are developed using Web API in .NET Core. The resultant services are deployed as Docker containers to Azure Kubernetes Service. For driving the DevOps process, developed the build and release pipelines in VSTS for deploying the Docker images to Kubernetes, and developed the Helm charts for deploying the various containers.

One of the primary application and code developers for Ivanti Asset Management (ITAM), an Asset Management system which is based on top of ISM. Developed the core application modules such as Asset, Product Catalog, and Purchase Order. Also defined code features for driving the Asset Management functionality, and developed the SSRS-based reports for showcasing the asset data for financial owners.

One of the primary developers for Ivanti Cloud. Developed the .NET Core based scheduling module that is used in the ILO Agent. Also worked on various microservices which are developed using Web API in .NET Core, and worked on the services developed using Service Fabric Service, which are deployed in Microsoft Azure.

Developed the HEAT Integration API, a .NET-based SOAP API, which can be used by customers for performing CRUD operations against standard and custom business objects. The API can also be used for creating Service Requests in ISM. Wrote the technical API documentation as well as defining the error classes to help end users understand why certain operations cannot be performed correctly.

Served as one of the chief points of contact with the QA, Support, Documentation, and Operations teams for the ITSM and GMEE products.

One of the primary application content developers for Ivanti Service Management (ITSM), an IT Service Management system designed from the ground up to be cloud-based and multi-tenant. Developed the JSON-based content for the various ITIL modules and Platform specific modules. Developed the XML-based upgrade packages which are used for upgrading the various tenants during scheduled releases throughout the year.

One of the key contributors for the application content for the GoldMine Enterprise Edition, an on premise CRM system, for modules such as Product Catalog. The application content is defined in XML, and represents the business objects, their relationships and business rules for the lifecycle.
