My enthusiasm for programming started in 2009 when I took my first computer science class in University of California, Berkeley. My roommate and I built a classic Othello game using Scheme language, which awarded us second place in a contest.

In 2010, I decided to withdraw from UCB to pursue my dream of becoming a software developer. Since then, I had taken multiple computer science courses in City College of San Francisco: from Java to HTML to CSS to Objective-C to Perl to MIPS.

In Fall 2014, I attended to App Academy, a web development bootcamp with acceptance rate < 5%. I learned Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, jQuery, and backbone.js. In addition, I finally had a chance to learn how to build an app under version control in an agile software development.

Interesting fact: I went back to UCB to finish my bachelor degree in Biology in 2013.
