Designed the first-ever LinkedIn messaging AI-Agent in LinkedIn’s hiring platform, showcased at Talent Connect 2024 (LinkedIn’s equivalent of WWDC).

Led the design and strategy for AI-assisted messaging in LinkedIn’s hiring platform from the ground up. The feature was highlighted by Satya Nadella during Microsoft’s April 2024 earnings call:
“Features like LinkedIn AI-assisted messages are seeing a 40% higher acceptance rate and are accepted over 10% faster by job seekers, saving hirers time and making it easier to connect with candidates.”

Designed messaging automation UX, enabling 1.2 million automated messages per week—accounting for 10% of all messages sent on the platform.

Designed the search experience in LinkedIn’s hiring platform to support semantic search, evolving from traditional keyword-based search.

Led a comprehensive redesign of LinkedIn’s hiring platform message composer, improving usability and efficiency for recruiters.

Work across digital product and service design for Correlation one talent solution suits and services. As the solo end-to-end product designer, I am delicate in providing design solutions for talent attraction, professional assessment, learning management, and career development.

Led and managed the daily design, research, testing, and delivering tasks; defined the end-to-end design&usability study workflow; initiated the new design employee training program and product design performance/promotion metrics.

Created a set of shared principles, UI components, patterns, and practices that define the overall design across all company digital products for solving the inefficiency, insecurity, and inconsistency issue.

Terminal | An AI coding game for engaging top talents

I worked closely with the product manager, software engineers, and founders to develop an AI coding game and attracted more than 30,000 players/talents within 8 months. I led the end-to-end product design from scratch to launch, conducted initial user research, design workshops, continuously iterated wireframes and prototypes, applied service design methods to deliver a physical competition experience, and eventually achieved the business goal in a creative way.

TalentStat | A Trading game for evaluating the decision making capability of the portfolio manager

Led the team to build an innovative solution align with the clients’ needs in the financial industry; Implemented all design deliverables and made design decisions in a tight deadline, shipped product in 4 months from scratch, conducted usability testing sessions by creating interactive prototypes, and influenced the decision making by conveying evidence-based insights

Creatively built a career development platform for data science talents and transformed the business opportunities into a product solution from 0 to 1; Managed the product design process in a collaborative way and launched the product in November 2020.
