Designing for Slack Connect.

Design lead focused on simplifying the complex needs of music venues and festivals - which typically require account manager assistance - into self-service flows. Previously, I led a team of 7 designers across the company-wide initiative of building Eventbrite Credits. I've also individually designed for reserved seating (seat map creation and management), add-ons, checkout, box office management, and event templates, among other projects.

Led the responsive redesign of the Viator.com website for key revenue-impacting areas, including product pages and the checkout process. Collaborated with research, engineering, and product management to create thoughtful and inspiring experiences for travelers while guiding designs from initial concept to high-fidelity implementation.
