I’ve been creating thoughtful, easy-to-use experiences since 2013, leading numerous projects for responsive platforms and native apps from concept to delivery in the process. I’ve refined existing designs and crafted new experiences from the ground up for both consumer and enterprise products. I'm passionate about making life more efficient and intuitive, and I love problem solving of all sorts, whether it calls for napkin drawings or icon design.

My favorite part of a usability study is when the user blows through a task without having to be prompted.

Design lead focused on simplifying the complex needs of music venues and festivals - which typically require account manager assistance - into self-service flows. Previously, I led a team of 7 designers across the company-wide initiative of building Eventbrite Credits. I've also individually designed for reserved seating (seat map creation and management), add-ons, checkout, box office management, and event templates, among other projects.

Led the responsive redesign of the Viator.com website for key revenue-impacting areas, including product pages and the checkout process. Collaborated with research, engineering, and product management to create thoughtful and inspiring experiences for travelers while guiding designs from initial concept to high-fidelity implementation.

Served as UX lead for Data Visualization and the Spend area of Workday's Financials product, including products like Expenses, and helped drive the creation of Workday's design pattern library. Collaborated with other designers, researchers, developers, and product management to create a consumer-level experience for enterprise software across both desktop and mobile platforms.

Assisted in daily management of the theater. Completed hang/focus and served as light board operator for productions of American Buffalo and Passing Strange.
