As the founding designer on this newly formed team, I’ve spent the past two years crafting a cohesive, integrated financing experience that connects real estate agents, home buyers, and loan officers. My work spans multiple touchpoints across Zillow, including Zillow Home Loans, Premier Agent, Follow Up Boss, zDocs, the Loan Officer platform, Salesforce, and Zillow Closing Services—ensuring alignment and continuity across the end-to-end home financing journey.

Leading strategic design initiatives for Zillow Closing Services, a new line of business for Zillow Group —focused on transforming the closing experience for home buyers and sellers. Driving the design of a seamless, end-to-end customer journey that simplifies and modernizes the transaction process.

Reimagined the end-to-end experience for home shoppers, focusing on helping ready-to-buy users discover and connect with Trulia real estate agents.

Redesigned Trulia’s iOS and Android apps and co-developed a scalable mobile design system to improve usability, visual consistency, and brand alignment.

The redesigned apps were named among Google’s Best Apps of 2015 and featured in the “Favorite Tablet Apps” section of the Play Store in 2016.

Designed end-to-end interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups across iOS, Android, and web platforms, turning complex requirements into cohesive, intuitive user experiences.
