• Operationalized QoE in production with multiple upstream data sources. Managed to accomplish complex data validations and deliver results to business units meeting stringent SLA.
• Successfully transformed multi-billion network buildout plan into QoE and churn projections. Strategized QoE as one of the metrics for company-wide STI.
• Providing key insights to C-level executives on a regular basis and drive actions to improve customer experience and drive retention strategy accordingly.
