Collaborated closely with team members on multiple projects, including the East Santa Clara Street Master Plan, MV Chase, 777 Sunnyvale Saratoga Road, and 211 River Oaks Parkway, throughout the entire entitlement process. This involvement included but was not limited to schematic design, drafting submittal packages for SB 300, SB 35, SB 30, and formal submissions. The total project scope exceeded 2,000+ market-rate housing units and 500+ affordable housing units. All projects are now in the final steps of entitlement.

Represented STS in community engagement efforts, including attending community board meetings. Conducted construction site visits and worked closely with the Construction Documents (CD) team, civil consultants, and general contractors to ensure smooth project progression.

Maintained and updated the STS portfolio, which includes over 100 projects, and managed client relationships, including but not limited to Greystar, MidPen Housing, and Eden Housing.
