I’ve spent a decade designing digital experiences for real people. Often brought into messy projects to distill business and user needs, turning complexity into elegant solutions that reduce friction and drive conversion for diverse audiences at scale.

My work reaches millions of visitors globally, shaping how they shop and convert across mobile, in-store, and everywhere in between. I’ve launched 0-to-1 products, grown design teams, and guided the tough decisions that move businesses forward. 

Currently leading digital product design at Tapestry, focused on scaling a culture of continous learning, improving our craft, and building great products through rapid tests and learn approaches. In my free time I enjoy mentoring the next generation of product designers. It brings a lot of joy to help others get better, make room to be creative and to play.

Partnered cross-functionally to ideate, research, design, test, and release digital experiences online and in stores. Projects include site enhancements for e-commerce platforms (Coach.com, CoachOutlet.com, and global sites), micro sites for product launches, pop-up experiential events, and progressive web apps for in-store digital experiences.

Web and email designer for ecommerce underwear & lingerie retailer. Collaborated with a small marketing team to conceptualize, plan, and produce assets for weekly marketing campaigns, working within short sprints to achieve company goals. 

Partnered with stakeholders to perfect the visual navigation experience. Created wireframes concepts, gathering Google Analytics data to inform information hierarchy and site wide content spots for promotional elements.
