I am a research assistant at Rice University and a PhD candidate in ece, with a focus on privacy-preserving social behavior sensing, on-device machine learning, and audio processing. My research aims to develop novel methods and systems that can measure and understand human sociability from free-living audio data, while respecting the privacy and security of the users. 

I have published multiple papers in prestigious journals and conferences, such as ICASSP, Frontiers in Psychiatry, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, Science China, and Globecom 2017. I have also gained valuable industry experience as an intern at MathWorks and 7Invensun, where I applied my skills in machine learning, deep learning, and Python to create innovative solutions for product recommendation and algorithm engineering. I am passionate about advancing the state-of-the-art in audio processing and machine learning, and contributing to the well-being and improving work efficiency.
