Project lead on shopper/annotator event microservice to support new internal data annotation platform. Service provided real-time streaming updates between multiple simultaneous clients with saved review and video progress, while also making an event log sourcing API available to drive receipt generation, visit replay and debugging, event and annotator behavior analysis.

Designed shopper visit tagging backend overhaul to improve task management and reduce cloud costs.

Expanded customer base by designing/implementing legacy code changes for tracking shopper groups.

Flexibly contributed to many projects across the company to gain breadth of knowledge, including pricing/payments, account management, visit generation and processing, client integrations, task prioritization/queuing/scaling.

Took ownership of and refactored/optimized high-impact core legacy code.

Bitglass was acquired by Forcepoint in October 2021; aforementioned Bitglass responsibilities carry over. Co-contributor in pursuing FIPS-compliant solutions for customer-facing artifacts on MacOS and Windows.
