Technical Program Manager for Blackrock's digital accessibility efforts, responsible for driving for multiple global initiatives to ensure that all digital content (including websites, marketing materials, and multimedia) conformed to WCAAG 2.1 AA Success Criteria as well as further maturing the firm's accessibility policies, training and culture of inclusion:
•Defined program metrics and guidelines, created and lead trainings and consulted with product teams on technical resolutions and prioritization
•Tirelessly evangelized accessibility by engaging senior leaders, defining new paths for user feedback, and leading efforts to expand disability inclusion policies
•Partnered with disability ERG to amplify the voices of employees with disabilities
•Served Co-Chair of LGTBQ+ ERG with 1400+ members
